About Snake River Karters
Karting was first organized in the Treasure Valley in 1962 and was originally named the Boise Go Kart Club. The club is now called Snake River Karters and is a non-profit organization (No one gets paid, all of the money raised is used to enhance the racing facilities and the club itself).
Snake River Karters is geared towards family and fun! Our success in these 2 goals are proven by how many entire families are involved at the Glen Morgan Track. The Legacy Race track is a 1/4 mile asphalt road coarse and fast to get around. It also incorporates a 1/8 mile Speedway oval. The new "Long" track is nearly 1/2 mile at 2080 feet or 4 tenths of a mile with two possible configurations.
